I wish I could give DermApproach a 10 stars review. I just finished my Laser hair treatment with Venera and I had the best experience. The office is in a very convenient location, it’s clean and inviting. But the best is the customer service. Venera goes the extra mile to accommodate to your needs and her work is impecable. 101% satisfied with the results.

Venera is fantastic! I started going to Dermapproach beginning of last year but I was so bummed because I had to move out of the area for a new job. Venera is very professional and knowledgeable. She really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy. She is very prompt with returning phone calls and responding to emails/Yelp messages. I have had several skin problems over the past few years and I wish I found this place earlier! The clinic is super clean and Venera is such a kind and caring person. I absolutely loved Venera’s work and I highly recommend Dermapproach!

Venera is awesome! I can’t say enough good things about her and her salon. She has magic hands and the best personality which is extremely important in her line of work. Every time I see her for my facial (I have been going to see her once a month for the last 7 months or so) I feel so relaxed but the most important is that my skin is so much healthier now and looks a lot better. I have extremely oily skin which causes clogged pores and breakouts. She has suggested a new skincare regimen for me that also works wonders and helps to keep my skin clear in between our sessions. I just purchased my second package of 6 facials (you should do it to when they run a promotion, it will help you save some $$$). Definitely the best esthetician in Reston, hands down!

The place is clean and comfy, and Diana is very professional. She uses a cooling machine, so I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. I highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve tried every skin care treatment under the moon since I was a teenager so I have plenty of experience with aestheticians. Venera is a miracle worker. I originally only booked one appointment for a facial and after coming in for my appointment and discussing my skin issues, she recommended doing the microdermabrasian instead which I’ve had in the past. I ended up buying a 4 pack deal she had because I enjoyed it so much. I also purchased a hydrating serum from the skin care line she sells. The 4 pack deal may seem expensive but it is well worth it for great skin.

I’ve now completed all 4 sessions and my skin hasn’t looked this good in years. I’m not kidding. I get compliments all the time on my skin and I’m comfortable enough to go without makeup most days now. I’ve had acne since I was young (two rounds of Accutane) so going without makeup and being this comfortable with my face is huge. Thank you Venera!!

My first service with Venera was in end of 2019 for laser hair removal of my legs and bikini. I was pleased with my results after 3 sessions, so I began treating my armpits too. I have now completed 6 sessions and have greater than 80% reduction, the remaining hair is fine and slow growing around my “trouble spots”. I just purchased a few additional sessions and feel confident that I will continue to see great results.

Since the pandemic I had to also find a new salon for facial treatments, because the place I use to go to closed. I’ve LOVED working the Venera, my skin continues to improve and the skincare line she uses is amazing. I have done chemical peels, oxygen infusion, and microdermabrasion facials.
